Sample plates will be sold for $7.00 each to the public after judging has been completed.
$100 Entry Fee - Team may consist of up to 5 people.
Set up will be on Friday, September 10th.
Judging will begin at noon on September 11th.
Each team will be provided pork butt for cooking.
Teams will provide their own ingredients for their dessert and side dish.
Wood / Charcoal smoker’s only!
Custom made prizes for Judge’s Choice and People’s Choice.
All items must be cooked onsite!
